Reporting Losses and Improper or Illegal Conduct

  1. While loyalty and trust between colleagues is expected, this should not override your obligation to act at all times in the best interests of International Power (IPR). Therefore, if you become aware of conduct by any other IPR Personnel or any IPR Contractor which you believe is or may be illegal or otherwise improper (as indicated in these Business Policies), you have a duty to report this. Any report should be made to your immediate manager and copied to the Head of Internal Audit and/or the Company Secretary of IPR.
  2. To facilitate the reporting process IPR has adopted a whistleblowing policy. A copy of which is available here.
